Report Attendant Name

Description

The first four characters of an Attendant's user name are recorded in SMDR logs instead of " ATTn (where n is the attendant number).

NOTE: If Extended Digit Length is enabled in the SMDR Options form, the name is 5 characters instead of 4 (or ATTnn where nn is the console number).
